The Rona Foundation – WPD Partner

The Rona Foundation conducts psycho-social support, life skills, and Para-legal and income-generating programs including micro-finance, tailoring, organic vegetable farming, and beads-making for rural widows in Kenya.
Rona currently serves more than 8000 widows in Siaya County, clustered in over 60 widow groups, and has become a model that has now been replicated in 12 counties in Kenya through county chapters.
